WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS BASED UPON IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR THE WRONG ITEM UPON RECEIVING. YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY SEND INQUIRY VIA EMAIL (GRGROUP@GOLDREGENCY.US) WITH ORDER NUMBER AND PICTURE OF ITEM (IF BELIEVED TO BE DEFECTIVE). WE WILL SEND OUT A RETURN LABEL TO CORRECT THE ORDER. DUE TO COVID-19, EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME SO MAKE SURE TO VIEW SIZING CHART OR EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE CHECKING OUT IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF SIZING.
